By registering for Untrip’s Teenagers Summer Camp, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Booking & Registration

1.1. All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the full payment or advance amount as specified at the time of registration.

1.2. Participants must provide a valid age proof (school ID card, birth certificate, or Aadhaar card) at the time of boarding.

1.3. A signed parental consent form is mandatory for all participants under the age of 18 and must be submitted before the departure date.

1.4. Untrip reserves the right to deny boarding to any participant who fails to provide the required documentation.

2. Travel Arrangements

2.1. Guwahati to Guwahati Package: The base package price covers transport from Guwahati to the campsite and back. Participants are required to reach the designated meet point in Guwahati by 9:00 AM sharp on Day 1 of the camp. It is strongly recommended that participants reach Guwahati at least one day prior to the camp start date to avoid travel delays.

2.2. Kolkata to Kolkata Package (Add-on: ₹4,999 inclusive of all taxes): Participants opting for this package will travel from Kolkata to Guwahati via Vande Bharat Sleeper Express, accompanied by trip captains. All meals during the train journey are included in this package and will be provided accordingly.

2.3. Late Arrival & No-Show: Any participant who misses the scheduled boarding time will be solely responsible for arranging their own transport to the campsite. No refund will be issued in case of late arrival, missed departure, or no-show due to travel delays or personal reasons.

3. Health, Safety & Medical Disclosure

3.1. Parents/guardians must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, food intolerances, ongoing medications, or special needs at the time of registration. Failure to disclose such information may result in denial of participation or removal from the camp without refund.

3.2. On-site medical support will be available throughout the camp. In case of medical emergencies requiring hospitalization or specialized treatment, parents/guardians will be immediately notified and any additional medical expenses incurred will be borne by the participant’s family.

3.3. All outdoor activities are conducted under proper supervision with appropriate safety gear and equipment. However, adventure activities carry inherent risks, and participants engage at their own risk.

4. Meals & Dietary Requirements

4.1. All meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) are included in the package and will be provided as per the itinerary. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options are available.

4.2. Special dietary requirements, food allergies, or religious dietary preferences must be informed at the time of booking to ensure proper arrangements.

5. Participant Conduct & Behaviour

5.1. Participants are expected to follow all instructions given by trip captains, guides, and supervisors throughout the camp.

5.2. Consumption of alcohol, tobacco, drugs, or any other intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited for all participants. Violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the camp without any refund.

5.3. Untrip reserves the right to send any participant home at the parent’s/guardian’s expense if their behaviour is disruptive, dangerous, or violates camp rules.

5.4. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. Untrip and its partners are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items during the trip.

6. Itinerary Changes & Force Majeure

6.1. The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, road blockages, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. Untrip reserves the right to modify activities, accommodation, or routes to ensure participant safety.

6.2. Natural Calamities & Unforeseen Events: In the event of natural calamities (landslides, floods, earthquakes, etc.), political unrest, government-imposed restrictions, or any force majeure situations, additional charges for alternate arrangements, extended stays, emergency transport, or rescue operations will be borne by the participants. Untrip will make every effort to minimize additional costs but cannot be held liable for expenses arising from such circumstances.

6.3. No refund will be issued for unused services, missed activities, or itinerary changes made due to force majeure events or participant-related reasons.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations by Participants:

7.1. 15 days or more before the scheduled boarding date: 50% refund of the total booking amount.

7.2. 10 days or less before the scheduled boarding date: No refund.

7.3. No-show on departure day: No refund.

7.4. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp (+91 84202 92376) or email (info@untrip.in). Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.

7.5. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.

Cancellations by Untrip:

7.6. If a batch is cancelled by Untrip due to insufficient participants, weather conditions, safety concerns, or any other operational reasons, participants will be notified immediately via WhatsApp and email.

7.7. In such cases, participants will be entitled to either:

A full 100% refund of the booking amount, or
Free transfer to another available batch (subject to seat availability).

Batch Transfer:

7.8. Participants may request to transfer their booking to a different batch once, free of charge, provided the request is made at least 10 days before the original boarding date and seats are available in the requested batch.

8. Photography & Media Usage

8.1. Photos and videos captured during the camp may be used by Untrip for promotional purposes on social media, websites, and marketing materials. By registering, participants grant Untrip permission to use such media.

8.2. If you do not wish for your child’s photos to be used publicly, please inform us in writing at the time of registration.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

9.1. All personal information collected during registration will be used solely for camp-related communication and record-keeping purposes. Untrip does not share participant data with third parties except as required for travel arrangements or in compliance with legal obligations.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. Untrip, its partners, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, accident, or unforeseen expenses arising from participation in the camp, except in cases of proven gross negligence on our part.

10.2. Participation in adventure activities is at the participant’s own risk. Parents/guardians acknowledge that outdoor activities carry inherent risks despite safety measures and supervision.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

11.1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

11.2. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the camp, booking, or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration and payment for the camp, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of the participant.
